How do I buy a pattern?
Simply click on
the Add to Cart button next to the pattern of your choosing. It's super
easy! When you're ready to *sniff* leave us, click on the View Cart Button
and proceed with checkout.
We only accept
Paypal (which takes all types of credit cards) a
for pattern purchases at this time.
Do I need special software to open a PDF file?
Yep. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download the latest software here:

How will I receive the pattern?
Paypal customers:
You payment will be processed immediately
using paypal and your pattern(s)
will be emailed to you in PDF format within 24 hours of purchase.
eChecks
with Paypal:
eChecks take 3-4 business days to clear the
bank and patterns are shipped out within 24 hours of clearing.
It's been over 24 hours, where the heck is my pattern?
Email
me right this minute. Don't wait 3 days to do it, email me as soon as the 24
hours have passed.
It is
common for your email to bounce the email or to file it in your bulk/junk
mail folder. Please make sure that the email address
roxy@roxycraft.com is on your safe
senders list.
Please make sure the email you provide is the correct one and that it
works! I am not responsible for making sure that your email is
working properly, so please make sure you check your email address
carefully.
On
the rare occasion there has been a technical issue that has kept me from
filling your order on time.
I want a refund!/I accidentally ordered the wrong
pattern!/This isn't the pattern I thought it was!
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this sale, there is no returns/exchanges
or refunds once the patterns have been emailed to you. So please check your
order carefully when checking out.
I accidentally deleted my pattern!
If
you can provide your emailed receipt within 30 days, I will resend your
pattern to you. Past 30 days and you will have to re-purchase the pattern.
What if I have a question about a pattern?

Where do you get those eyes you use on the dolls?
I buy my doll eyes at Jo-Ann Fabric & Crafts.
You can also find them online on eBay pretty readily.
